Delivery & Shipment Policy @ KVFurntech

  1. www.kvfurntech.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “KVF”) is owned and is operated by KV FURNTECH, having its registered office at Shanimahatma Temple, 02, 11th Cross, Road, Akshaya Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka 560016 (hereinafter referred to as the “KVF” or “we” or “our”).

  2. When you order from our website, we take 3-15 Days to deliver your order to your doorstep, if your Delivery Address is within Bangalore City limits.

    • When you order from our website, we take 2-6 Weeks to deliver your order to your doorstep, if your Delivery Address is outside Bangalore City and anywhere in India.

  3. For Bangalore City Orders, KVF Delivery Team will Deliver the Order themselves and may assign external Courier companies in some cases. In Bangalore City, we will Deliver your Order to any Floor of the Building.

  4. For Orders outside Bangalore, KVF will assign External 3rd Party Courier companies to Deliver your Order.

  5. The Purchaser (here “Purchaser” refers to user, customer, buyer or consumer of KVF or who purchase products/goods at KVF website) confirms having read KVF shipping policy prior to purchasing on the Website.

  6. KVF will send an email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp Message and/or Phone Call to Purchaser as soon as Purchaser place the order through the Website, and then another email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp Message and/or Phone Call to confirm shipment with courier tracking details and, as a result, acceptance of the order.

  7. You may also get a call from the Courier Company/ Logistics partner confirming the tentative date and the time of delivery. However, as we do not have any direct control over the courier partners/ logistics partner, we cannot guarantee that they will act only in a certain manner or will necessarily call before getting your order for delivery.

  8. The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises or wherever it is physically possible to deliver the goods.  For higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your doorstep. You are requested to arrange for your own laborers/ manpower to get the big products to the higher floor. The responsibility of our logistics partners to deliver the large products is restricted to the ground floor or maximum first floor of the building for smaller size Items.

  9. Before being handed over to KVF trusted delivery partners, the products/goods will be inspected/examined, wrapped and sealed. KVF delivery partners will deliver Purchaser products/goods as soon as possible. The delivery partners will call Purchaser to resolve the issue if they are unable to reach the specified address or at a convenient time. KVF supply chain, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and other reputable courier service companies will handle products/goods delivery. KVF delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the order/package before returning it to their factory/store. KVF will ship the products/goods throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

  10. KVF will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any products/goods ordered on the Website is delivered within 3 days-6 Weeks from the date of the order confirmation. However, Purchaser understands and agrees that KVF will not be held liable for any delays in product delivery caused by circumstances beyond KVF’s control, provided that KVF takes all required and necessary steps to ensure that the products/goods is delivered within the above-mentioned timelines. All of the products/goods purchased may or may not be delivered at the same time.

  11. In case Purchaser purchases order of multiple products/goods in one transaction, KVF would endeavor to ship all products/goods together. However, this may not always be possible due to products/goods characteristics and/or logistics issues.

  12. At this time, KVF does not ship abroad. Purchaser is, however, welcome to make purchases on the Website from anywhere in the globe as long as the Shipping Address is inside India. Once the pin code is input, the products/goods page will display information about any pin codes that are served in India.

  13. Before Purchaser add the products/goods to the cart, Purchaser shipping address pin code will be checked against KVF database. If KVF delivery partners are unable to serve the order at provided shipping address, then KVF will ask the Purchaser to provide alternate shipping address to verify the availability and serve the order. Delivery of all products/goods will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by Purchaser at the time of placing the order.

  14. The shipping expenses are non-refundable in the event that the products/goods are returned or cancelled.

  15. Before accepting delivery of the products/goods, if the Purchaser believes the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, they should refuse delivery and call KVF Customer Care at 9980329057 or send an email to info@kvfurntech.com, referencing their order reference number. KVF customer support staff will make every attempt to make a replacement delivery to Purchaser as soon as possible. According to Indian tax regulations, all products/goods will be supplied with an invoice stating the price.

  16. Purchaser may check the progress of their purchases by going to the Track Order area of the Website.
